Gedeo - 12oz Jar

Gedeo - 12oz Jar

Once you have coffee of this level, you just want to drink it from then on. - Kevin Sinnott, CoffeeCon,

This coffee comes from a site in the fertile Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR) of Gedeb, found within the Gedeo zone of Ethiopia. The small farm and mill employ 28 permanent staff and 700 seasonal employees who depend on it for income. Included in this coffee are heirloom varietals of both Arabica and local Landrace.

The heirloom plants, together with their environment and our roasting process, present bold, fruit-forward tasting notes that we look for and love in Ethiopian coffees. Think wild berry jam, with notes of vanilla, chocolate, and jasmine.
