Uncle Everette liked his coffee as fresh as possible. Because our coffee is always the freshest roast available, it made sense to name this one after our dear uncle. This is coffee is from Aceh Province, Sumatra’s famous and most prolific growing region known for producing the highest specialty beans. Unlike most coffee in the area, which is traditionally grown by hundreds of smaller farmers and gradually consolidated through processing and milling, this bean is from a single estate operated on 100-hectares of fertile land.
This family owned & operated estate has cultivated the genetics, harvesting, and post-harvest techniques to perfection and it shows in the cup…sweet and clean, while still exhibiting all the unique characteristics and minerality of a traditional wet hulled bean, this Sumatra is the best we’ve ever tasted.

For this coffee, we used an Old World technique that involves roasting one type of bean many different ways. Each roast produces different flavor profiles that highlight the characteristics of the bean’s origin and are blended together to produce a “Mélange” of harmonious flavors. The technique was used as a consequence of having a limited variety of beans, which drove roasters of the time to create new and enjoyable flavors from what was available.
Our Mélange is a blend of three different roasts of our 1870 coffee, each of which we felt showcased a unique quality of the bean. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

Grown among the waterfalls of one of the highest altitude microlot farms of the Big Island, this exquisite 100% premium Kona coffee is extremely rare and exotic. A unique fermented pineapple character presents itself as a funky acidic aroma and taste, which is ccentuated by notes of cedar, stone fruit, citrus and chocolate, forming a crisp, clean palate. Balanced and notably smooth, this coffee will leave a lasting impression.
Based on American diner coffee, Classic Dark is an homage to good times spent with family & friends over syrupy pancakes, bacon, sunny side up eggs, hash browns....and, of course, dark roast coffee. Its roasty and bold chocolate flavor make it perfect for a lumberjack breakfast or for pairing with donuts and pastries, beyond what you would expect from your everyday diner brew.
